Employment Litigation Attorney
A Passionate Advocate for Employees
Andrew is passionate about getting justice for employees who have been cheated, mistreated, and unlawfully terminated. He holds employers legally accountable for violating employment laws. He has represented employees successfully in lawsuits involving unlawful harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, FMLA/CFRA violations, unpaid overtime, and other violations of laws protecting employees.
An Effective Litigator with Unique Experience and Perspective
Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Andrew as a Southern California Rising Star (top 2.5% of lawyers under age 40) three years in a row. He has the rare experience of having used his litigation skills in working for a large law firm, then as corporate counsel, and, for years now, on behalf of employees. Andrew brings to his employee-clients the wealth of knowledge he gained from his experience conducting and overseeing employment litigation from multiple perspectives. Andrew has found his passion is prosecuting employers for violating the rights of employees. This passion leads to results, and Andrew’s former clients refer their family and friends to him because of the trust he gains in successfully prosecuting their claims.
Respected & Trusted by Opponents
Andrew’s passionate but professional approach wins him the respect and trust of attorneys on the other side of his cases. This respect and trust is demonstrated when attorneys who have fought Andrew in court later recommend him to people they know who need an employee-side attorney. They know Andrew is able to provide top-notch representation without resorting to dirty tricks.
Life Outside of Work
Andrew is a nature lover who spends as much of his free time as possible outdoors, whether at the beach, the pool, or hiking in the mountains. He enjoys almost all genres of music and plays guitar and bass. His latest hobby is learning to play the pakhawaj drum.
